The primary objective of this project was to transform the BVG Fahrinfo app into a user-centric mobility solution with a modern and intuitive interface. Key improvements focused on simplifying core functionalities like route planning and ticket purchasing, providing real-time updates, and streamlining the overall user journey based on iterative testing and feedback. I started from user research to understand pain points, followed by iterative wireframing and testing, resulting in a user-centric solution with a modern interface, simplified navigation, and streamlined ticket purchasing. The key takeaway was the importance of continuous user feedback in identifying and correcting defects, ensuring a truly user-friendly experience.

The redesign of this mobile app was designed precisely with many iterations after testing with the target audience. The main lesson learn from this project is that no matter how many times the designer thinks its complete.... there is always a defect the user detects and helps us correct it.
